Fried Cheese

 

1 wheel of Camembert. We use an imported German Camembert cheese, but you can use whichever brand you'd like. The wheel of cheese we use is about 4 inches in diameter.

Flour

Egg

milk

Bread Crumbs

Vegetable Oil

 

 

 

Cut the wheel into 12 wedges.

Dredge in flour, then in egg wash and finally in breadcrumbs.

Deep fry until golden brown. 

 

We serve the cheese with Beaver brand honey mustard.
